Advanced Spatial technologies takes a very conservative view on software customization as it has been our experience at new clients sites with existing systems, that much of the customization performed on "Out of the box" software is often time unnecessary, costly and poorly done. Additional customization is usually required every time the software manufacturer upgrades their product. This can be an expensive and often times undisclosed cost. While we are not opposed to customization as is warranted for some clients, we try to find the best methods to achieve the clients needs and business processes, with a ROI as a part of the decision making process.
